- The Club has secured the Corrected Property Cards in CCI's name for two important properties: the East Lawns on 6th May 2025, after 73 years, and the sub-plot housing the Bharat Petroleum Petrol Pump on 26th December 2025, after 43 years.
- The Club has appointed a BMC Liaising Architect to advise on the development potential of areas under the Club's possession. A proposal has been submitted for necessary statutory approvals, including authentication and validation of the built-up area. The provisional Fire NOC has also been received.
- The Club has tied up with the BMC Pay and Park Contractor on Veer Nariman Road and Dinshaw Vaccha Road to ease parking difficulties for Members, with 41 and 31 parking spaces respectively. The utilization started from inception (mid-June 2026) by our Members.
- The new Bar – 22 Yards was inaugurated in February 2026 and has received a very positive response for the cuisine.
- The Virtual Golf, Pilates and EMS Room on the second floor of Block-1 Stadium House was inaugurated on 14th February 2026 and has received a huge response.
- The 1 Lac Litre underground water tank with segregation of hard and soft water is complete. This has been done for the first time.
- Padel and Pickleball have grown rapidly. CCI now has 3 Padel Courts and 4 Pickleball Courts.
- EV Charging Facility for Members — The Club has installed an EV charging facility under an OPEX model through STATIQ at the East Lawn Car Parking Area in May 2025.

Future
Future Infrastructure Pipeline- Work for the dedicated Mahjong Room on the first floor of Block-1, Stadium House has commenced.
- The Cricket Stadium's floodlights are being upgraded from metal-halide to retrofit LED with allied electrical works, which work has commenced, in line with International standards.
- Masterplan in line with the art-deco heritage of the Club, along with underground parking.
Achievements
Sports- Hosted final 4 matches of the Women's Premier League Cricket in 2025.
- CCI is set to host the inaugural International Women's Champions Trophy in February 2027, reaffirming CCI as an international Cricket Venue.
- International Masters Cricket League is also coming to CCI in October 2026 along with exciting Ranji matches along the way.
- CCI continues to host and participate in prestigious tournaments across cricket and other sports. Some of the notable tournaments include JSW Indian Open Squash Tournament in 2026.
- CCI Snooker and Billiards Classic in 2025.
- Yonex Sunrise Maharashtra State Masters Badminton Selection Tournament in 2024–25.
- World Pickleball Championship in late 2024.
- Inter and Intra-club tournaments also continue to receive enthusiastic participation with growing children participation.
- The achievements of CCI Members and their children at sporting events in India and internationally continue to be a matter of great pride and are regularly featured in the Club's monthly bulletins.

Food & Beverage- Blue Tokai Coffee's launch has proven exceptionally popular, achieving the highest sales figures while remaining among the most affordably priced offerings.
- A new dining option, The Pizzeria, opened at the Idar Family Room, offering an assortment of vegetarian and non-vegetarian pizzas, sandwiches, and pasta dishes at select Club restaurants.
- 22 Yards, the Club's newly launched bar, has quickly become a Member favourite thanks to its speakeasy-style setting, thoughtfully curated menu (including Jain fare), and ongoing promotions on select premium imported spirits.
- CCI now boasts its first entirely health-focused snacking venue with the opening of the Centre Court Café, adjacent to the tennis courts. The café offers protein bars, fresh juices, and healthy snacks, while doubling as a spot from which Members can watch tennis games in progress.
- For the first time, the Club has rolled out a nutrition-focused breakfast selection featuring items like smoothie bowls, tofu toast, and avocado-feta toast. The offering has drawn strong positive feedback from Members.
- Cakewalk Bakery has begun offering artisanal breads for the first time and an improved version of its famous freshly baked croissants.
- Select restaurants now feature a rotating Table d'Hôte (TDH) menu updated daily, complemented by the addition of a dedicated Chinese Gourmet Menu and a rotating Chef's Special selection.
- Members can now choose from a broader range of beverages at Wet Wicket and 22 Yards, with additions such as Mezcal, Sake, rice beer, fine single malts, plus wines and Prosecco — all backed by appealing promotional offers.
Achievements
Staff Welfare Initiatives- A new Union agreement was signed in March 2026. Recently in June, as part of the Union Agreement, 27 Contract Staff were absorbed into permanent positions at CCI.
- Free Annual Eye and Medical Camp conducted in 2025 and 2026 benefitted majority employees.
- Scholarship Program for employees' children initiated in late 2024.
- International Women's Day was celebrated for the first time for CCI's female staff on 8th March 2026.
- Monthly Staff Birthday celebrations started for the first time.
